Our Comfortable Accommodations Right on the Beach!
All units, except the Penthouse, are on the pool. All units have at least a filtered sea view, while some have full sea view. Each unit is appointed with fluffy towels, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, AC, and ceiling fan. Some units have full kitchens (where noted). Next to the description of each unit is the number of people the unit will accommodate. The price is per unit and is restricted to the number of people recommended per unit.

Your lodging includes the following:
- Breakfast is provided free for the first two people in each unit ( there is a $5 per person, per day breakfast charge for any additional persons in the unit).
- Free Call home when you arrive to tell them you are in paradise!
- Free emails and wireless Internet. Free use of an island cell phone (you just pay for the time calls to the US as low as 25¢ per minute).
- Air conditioning, hot water, and daily maid service. Your room is serviced daily. (Linens will be changed once during your stay and towels are changed every other day, unless otherwise requested.)
- Cable T.V.
- Free use of board games, playing cards, and books from our library.
- Complimentary welcome drink (we have been known to offer two).

The Penthouse
This lovely unit has the best view in all of Sandy Bay. You will love the king size bed, Spanish glass tile shower, and wall coverings from Indonesia. If that is not enough you have your own private roof top deck for sunning or watching a fiery sunset. If you want a special room on your vacation this is it. The Loft
This is a wonderful second story unit with great views of the sea. This unit has a master suite with a king bed and a loft with two queen beds. A privacy curtain in the loft gives both queen beds space of their own. The soaking tub/shower in this unit is one of a kind. This unit has a full kitchen and a deck overlooking the pool. Kings and Queens
This two-bedroom unit has a queen bed in one room and a king in the other. A full kitchen and custom soaking tub/shower will make for a great vacation. With a full view of the sea and just two steps from the pool's edge this unit is made for relaxing. (Sleeps 4 comfortably)

Starry Nights
This is a large one-bedroom unit with breathtaking views of the sea and the night sky. Open beam ceiling, custom bath, full kitchen and a day bed for the extra person(s) make this a versatile choice. Wake up each morning in your king bed and watch the sun make its way west over the Caribbean Sea. (Sleeps 4-5 comfortably)

The Wave
This is a large one-bedroom unit overlooking the swimming pool and waterfall. Filtered views of the sea, full kitchen, king bed, custom tub and shower and you will never want to leave. A daybed is provided for the extra person(s). (Sleeps 4-5 comfortably)

Seaview
The seaview is the perfect place for a couple of a young family. There is a queen bed with a privacy door, sitting area AND a set of bunk beds. A full kitchen makes cooking an easy chore. Bathroom with shower and air conditioning throughout. The deck has one of the best views in the resort. (Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably)

Seaside
A ground floor unit, the seaside has a queen bed, sofa and another single bed for that extra person. A full kitchen helps on the budget. Bath with shower and air conditioning throughout. Next to our pool, the deck has a nice sea view for lounging. (Sleeps 3 comfortably)

The Cabanas
In addition to the accommodations described above we offer two cabanas. Each of the cabanas has a king or queen bed, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, ac, cable tv and all of the amenities of our larger units except for bath tubs and full kitchens. All of our cabanas are perfect for a couple, or a couple of children with parents in neighboring rooms. All cabanas have a sea view and are located on our pool. Cabanas range in price depending on location. (Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children comfortably)

All prices are based per unit (there is an occupancy maximum next to each unit) and you may have up to that many people in each unit with no extra charge other than for breakfast. Breakfast is provided free for the first two people in each unit, each additional person is charged $5 per person per day for breakfast.
There is no extra charge for hot water or air conditioning or the fantastic island style breakfast (for the first two persons) that is included with your accommodations. Relax on your porch between dives, snooze in your hammock or lounge in the pool while you enjoy the tropical breeze. As night falls on the island enjoy a relaxing dinner in our restaurant!

Reservation and Payment Policy
When you're ready to make a reservation please go to our reservations page. A 50% deposit is required to book accommodations. The balance is due upon arrival at Blue Bahia Resort. We will send you a PayPal invoice for your deposit and you may pay from that invoice or return to our website and pay via PayPal. You do not have to join PayPal to use your credit card. Deposits made without contacting us or verifying accommodations do not constitute a reservation. You may pay your balance upon arrival using cash, credit cards, or debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reservation refunds will be handled as follows;
- Notice of cancellation given prior to 30 days before your arrival will reissult in a full refund, excluding a $50 service fee.
- Cancellation within 30 days but prior to 7 days before your arrival will be credited for your use with a 1 year expiration limit, excluding a $50 service fee. This credit is transferrable to another party.
- If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, we cannot refund or credit your payment.
