How To Make A Reservation
Simply email us with your requested dates, number in party, and desired unit (please see full descriptions on accommodations page); we will check our availability and respond to you within 24 hours. If you prefer, you may fill out our online form rather than e-mailing your reservation request. After we have verified availability of your dates, and you have chosen your accommodations, we will send you an invoice via email. We use PayPal for both our email invoicing and our online payments. Once you receive the invoice you may pay from the invoice or return to our website and pay here using your credit card. PayPal is a safe and secure way for you to send money from your credit card and you do not have to join to use your credit card.
*Note that the invoice and PayPal web payment tool will identify us as Downtown Management Services, which is our US Company as well as the holding company for Blue Bahia Resort.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to book accommodations. The balance is due upon arrival at Blue Bahia Resort. We will send you a PayPal invoice for your deposit and you may pay from that invoice or return to our website and pay via PayPal. You do not have to join PayPal to use your credit card. Deposits made without contacting us or verifying accommodations do not constitute a reservation. You may pay your balance upon arrival using cash, credit cards, debit cards or travelers checks.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reservation refunds will be handled as follows;
- Your deposit is fully refundable (less a $50 processing fee) if you cancel 60 days or more prior to your reservation date.
- Cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to your reservation date receive a 90% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to your reservation date will receive a 50% refund of deposits and cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the reservation date will receive no refund of deposits.
